Crisis Lines604-279-7070 Telephone support for people in emotional distress, available 9:00 am to midnight, seven days a week. Community Education ServicesThrough a range of educational programs and workshops, Community Education Services help people gain the skills and resources to help themselves or someone else in a crisis or difficult situation. Outreach and AdvocacyThe Outreach & Advocacy program provides information, referral, initial supports, advocacy and bridging to community and public agencies. This section also contains information about the Neighbourhood Pro Bono Law Clinic offered by CHIMO. Nova Transition HouseNova House provides safe shelter, information, emotional support, practical assistance, education, and advocacy for women and their children who are fleeing violence at home.
